With over 15 years of experience designing floral arrangements for luxury hotels across Europe, Elena brings an unmatched level of artistry to our program. She began her career at the prestigious Hotel Splendido in Italy before expanding her expertise across international hospitality venues.
Her specialty lies in creating seasonal arrangements that complement architectural spaces while maintaining practical durability for high-traffic environments. Elena has personally trained over 300 hotel staff members since joining Llaxiom in 2020, developing our signature approach that balances creative expression with operational efficiency.
